Murghi Nababi (Fillet of chicken)
Breast of chicken in special mild spices with garlic, almonds, pistachio, sultanas, fresh coriander & cream is used to create the delicacy of its flavour in a creamy texture.
Thawa Chicken or Lamb Tikka
Cooked with garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes & peppers in a medium strength sauce.  A true Viceroy favourite.
Pili Pili Murghi (Fillet of chicken)
A spicy hot curry dish cooked with ginger, garlic, green peppers, green hot chilli and herbs, fresh coriander which gives a uniquely rich hot flavour

Cooked with mincemeat and egg, spicy aroma
Ameri Chicken
Chicken cooked with chick peas and pineapple, in a medium spicy sauce, garnished with a fresh touch of coriander and lemon juice.  Cooked with onions, garlic, ginger, chilli, hot curry paste, coconut, coriander and lemon juice.
Salam Viceroy
Tender pieces of lamb, cooked with potatoes, methi, onions, garlic & fresh coriander.
Green Herb Chicken or Lamb
Tender pieces of chicken or lamb in a spicy sauce of tomato, green peppers, fresh coriander, garnished withfresh onions and ginger.
Sylheti Chicken or Lamb
Tender pieces of chicken or lamb grilled in the tandoor and cooked with fried mushrooms, onions, capsicums with Punjabi Masala in a thick sauce.


Haash Tikka
Diced boneless duck marinated in yoghurt and fresh aromatic spices and barbecued in the charcoal tandoor and served with salad.
Haash Shaslik
Duck cooked with succulent tomatoes, green peppers and onions, barbecued in the tandoor and served with salad.
Haash Tikka Masala
Barbecued and diced tender duck, cooked in a special thick, rich, mild masala sauce, prepared with cream, yogurt and almonds


Chingri Sagwala (King Prawn)
King prawns and fresh spinach cooked with garlic, ginger, cumin and a mixture of herbs & spices.  Garnished with fresh coriander.
Chingri Badami Masala (King Prawn)
Marinated king prawns, cooked in a special thick, rich, mild masala sauce, prepared with cream, cultured yoghurt, almonds and cashew nuts.
Prawn Sagwala
Prawns and fresh spinach moistly cooked with garlic, ginger and cumin with a mixture of herbs & spices.  Garnished with fresh coriander.


Another classic and famous dish, cooked with fresh garlic, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, fresh coriander and freshly ground spices, deliciously medium dry.  Served either medium strength or hot.

Khorai Murghi or Gosht (Chicken or Lamb)
Another classic dish.  Here the meats are cooked in mustard oil, ground spices and fresh coriander.
Sultana Lamb Pasanda (Fillet of Lamb)
Pieces of sliced lamb cooked in fresh cream and yoghurt with almond powder & cashew nuts in a delicate sauce.
Sag Gohst (Lamb)
Spring lamb cooked with spinach, herbs & spices, flavoured with fenugreek and fresh coriander.
Aloo Gohst (Lamb)Diced lamb cooked with tomato, medium spices, garlic and roasted cumin seends & diced potato.
Bhindi Gosht (Lamb)
Cooked with garlic, okra, onions, green peppers, fresh coriander and freshly ground medium spices.
Methi Gosht (Lamb)
Cooked with garlic, ginger and a mixture of herbs & spices, garnished with fresh coriander and dry methi leaves.
Podina Gosht (Lamb)
With spices in a specially blended mint sauce, cooked with fresh herbs and mint.


Tender pieces of chicken or lamb, grilled over the charcoal, cooked with green peppers in Punjabi herbs and spices with tomatoes and onion sauce.  Distinctive strong flavours.  Medium strength.

Chicken Tikka Makhani (Cubes of chicken)
Marinated chicken in a butter sauce.
Tandoori King Prawn Masala
This means sauce, 'And a very special sauce it is too'.  Its unique flavour is produced in the tandoori from fresh cream, yoghurt, Punjabi spices and red sauce.


A biriani is made by gently cooking special basmati rice with a mixture of mild spices.  Served with a vegetable curry sauce.

Curry A medium spiced dish.
Korma A preparation of mild spices cooked with coconut & fresh cream to create a delicate flavour and creamy texture.
Malaya A preparation of mild spices in which cream, banana & pineapple are used to create a unique flavour.
Bhuna A combination of a special blend of spices fried together to provide a dish of a dry consitency compared to curry.
Rogan Josh This dish is derived from the use of tomatoes, pimentos & onions.  Garnished with fresh coriander.
Dansak Dansak is prepared with oriental spices, pineapple, lentils & lemon juice to add sweetness with a sharp, sour flavour.
Dupiaza A method of preparation similar to bhuna, where onion and spices are briskly fried together.
Sri Lanka (Ceylon) Strongly flavoured spices make this dish hot, similar to madras but with the use of ground coconut.
Pathia Sweet & sour, fairly hot.
Madras A classic which most of us are familiar with.  Garam masala is used to give it a rich, fiery taste.
Vindaloo Similar to madras, but much more garlic, lemon, ginger and black pepper used.  Very hot.
