Our chef's very own special recipe, a blend of spices feied together to provide a dish of medium strength and rather dry consistency compared to curry
Dupiaza
Prepared similarly to bhuna, where onion and spices are fried together briskly
Kurma
A combination of mild spices and cream is used to create the delicacy of its flavour and creamy texture
Dansak
Prepared with oriental spices, pineapple, lentils and lemon juice to add sweetness and a sharp, sour flavour
Rogan
